Featured Presentation Creating Thriving Workplaces: Smarter Workflows for Neurodiverse Teams
Thriving workplaces don’t happen by chance — they’re built on systems that support how people actually work. Learn how to create workflows that make tasks easier to start, easier to finish, and easier to manage — while supporting different working, thinking, and learning styles, including those of neurodiverse employees and leaders. When systems are built with neurodiversity in mind, the whole team benefits: less stress, more consistency, stronger results.
We’ll cover how to:
● Identify where tasks stall and workflows break down
● Build routines that work for your workplace
● Support team members who struggle with planning or time management
● Boost retention and employee morale
● Balance competing priorities and demands as a manager/owner
